Information for Users

Welcome to the HiRadMat website for the users of the facility. All useful information on the beam line parameters, the experimental equipment along with their instructions and the services available in the facility stand on these pages.

Contacts

For problems with HiRadMat surface buildings contact the TSO of the buildings and HiRadMat Area Manager: Aymeric Bouvard (tel: 75128 / 166528) . For any other subject contact directly the HiRadMat Management.

Required access & training for the users:

Required Access: SPS ring and transfer lines (SPS).

In order to get that access, you need:

1. Personal Dosimeter 2. Safety mask (Biocell) training & 3. Electrical Safety Awareness

For more detailed information (step by step how-to) on the required access & courses, please consult EDMS 1154948. Moreover, before entering the underground areas, users have to consult the appropriate access procedure (EDMS: 1155061) and escape procedure (EDMS: 1153056).
